Galva

Galva is a large golem-like dragon who glows with electric energy. He works as a mercenary together with his brother Merak. Once a pair of young, carefree Wind dragons, Galva and his brother were turned into weapons of war through experimentation by rogue Lightning scientists. Merak gained the ability to store and cough up corrosive liquid, while Galva can draw lightning to himself and use it to create electric pulses.
The two mostly operate in the Shifting Expanse, but occasionally venture out to other territories. Galva is less powerful there, as his electricity is fueled by the Lightning domain's elemental magic.
They're on good terms with Enter and Thermos, two nocturnal scavengers who roam the same wasteland they do.

Galva is the most stable of the brothers. Despite everything he's been through, he's retained most of his old personality. Althought the youngest he is a sober, responsible sort, acting much more mature and thoughtful than Merak. He isn't one to rush into danger, preferring to judge a situation from a distance before deciding to move in. He does most of the talking and decision making, which his brother happily allows, as Merak is much more interested fighting than thinking. Galva cares deeply for his brother and hopes to help him regain some of his senses, to him it feels wrong to have to play the older sibling.

Galva and Merak offer their services to any dragon willing to pay up. They're not easy to locate, only a few dragons know where their bases are. The Lightning Flight's administration would never approve of their services and for this reason the ridgebacks try to keep a low profile.
They don't care all that much about the work they're hired to do. Often times it's scaring or intimidating rival dragons, sometimes representing a clan in combat or fighting in a territorial war. While Merak only needs the go sign to let loose and obliterate his targets, Galva always tries to see if their clients are honest about the job. If it turns out the target is an innocent dragon or clan, he'll offer to fight on their side if they can pay what his client offered. If they can't, they're fresh out of luck.
