Joji

Joji came to the Soot Snout Clan with Rigel, a friend from the syndicate. He serves as a spy for the bosses, reporting what's going on in the industrial region of Fire, and what could potentially be profitable. He can easily slip under the radar, pretending to be a clueless or lost child whenever he's in a pinch. Beetle knows he's not actually a helpless hatchling, but doesn't know he's part of a massive criminal syndicate across Sornieth. No one in the clan knows besides Rigel (obvs) and Orion, simply because he's perceptive. Ori is fine with the syndicate's presence in the clan, and while he doesn't support them, the corporations that they combat are far worse. Plus, he's gotten support from them on missions in the past.

While Joji is not an actual child, he is childish, hyperactive, and extroverted. He loves being the center of attention, and has gotten along wonderfully with other similarly childish dragons like Peri and Butch. He is also exceptionally good at lying, reading, and manipulating people. He has gotten everywhere in life so far using these skills.

In the squad, Joji is the one constantly making jokes, and loves getting a laugh out of the group. He originally joined because he saw protection in becoming the favorite funny one in a group of punks, thinking they would protect/defend him if he was ever threatened, but he found himself truly loving the squad and genuinely being their friend.
