Aelhaeran

Aelhaeran is a traveling merchant who never left after showing up at Alteya's doorstep and getting looped into babysitting for a few night's rest. He endeared himself to the clan, especially the children, with his knowledge of other cultures, including beastmen and ancient human beings. His knowledge of odd and often obscure things is either useless or brilliant, situation depending...he really prefers to nap more than fight, and play more than work.

When the going gets tough...you can often find him claiming to be very busy doing whatever is close enough for him to grab, and claiming that he won't be free for however long it takes said tough thing to disappear.

The younger dragons of the clan often find themselves twitterpated with his lazy charm and sweet smiles. Much to their youthful Chagrin, however, he seemed to have fallen for a rather unlikely mate- a delicate flower of a snapper dragon named Desnia...and after that, they took in another between them; a hardened veteran warmage, who was in need of gentle affection and quiet embraces.

Aelhaeran knew that the dragonlings were doubtlessly heartbroken...but youth was fickle, and he couldn't say that he -didn't- enjoy the attention. ;)
