Ronin has always been the awkward, quiet middle child of his family. Forever obsessed with observing the plant life around the lair, he's never wanted to stand out. In fact, he is perfectly fine living in the shadows of his sisters. After assisting in healing the rift between the two, he planned to set of on the journey of The Search, but was stopped in his tracks when a certain Fae dragon crossed his path. Faulein, as Ronin remembered his name, had been carefully observing a few of the mushrooms growing just outside the lair, munching on a beetle. He struck up a conversation, unbothered by the monotone that Faulein was known for, and instead began learning to read his body language. The two became close, sharing a love of plants, influencing Ronin's decision to stay. Well, that, and he'd decided that Faulein was to be his charge. One day, while the two were exploring the edges of the Tangled Wood, Faulein let slip his wish to travel the world. Ronin paused for a moment, watching as Faulein went from relaxed to tense, before blurting that if he wanted to go, that Ronin would follow him anywhere. It took an extended silence, but before long, the two were laughing. Now, the two of them are packing to start this journey. First thing on the list: bugs.
