A habitue of any place of the winds, Yukon has always been wanting to leave her home of fire in favor of the millmeadows and the high skies. It has always been a dream of hers - to spread her wings and soar high above the clouds, along with the swirls of the Spirals and the dances of the Skydancers. Flying high, high, high up and above the highest mountains. To feel the warmth of the sun, as opposed to the flames and the ashes bring from where she's grown and lived her entire life. To touch the stars and perhaps stand on the moon, if the Gods ever give her their blessing to be that ambitious. For once, please, let her be selfish, she prays to the universe.

One day, as she was curled up, basking in the warmth of the fireplace in the Tavern of the Highs, a band of performers perfomed songs and dances of the Arcanist. She was entranced by one particular lady.

"Pulerde, such gorgeousness."

"Pulerde, the lady of Nature who has decided to follow her desire."

"Pulerde, who has cultivated her art form into mastery."

"Pulerde, who has followed her dreams."

Entranced, Yukon came close to the young Skydancer when the dance was held not on the stage, but on lower grounds with fellows of the tavern. Admittedly, Yukon was shy. But as soon as Pulerde's eyes met hers, the beauty reached out to hold the timid guardian's hand. Around and around they spun, as if they were high and up in the sky, led by the flows of the winds, and this is what she wanted, this is what Yukon was looking for. Her heaven on earth, her haven of safety.

Then the music stopped. "Pula and Berde; Red and Green. That's what my name means," Pulerde says. What a lovely name you've been given, Yukon answers.

"Oh no, I have been named Clara. The bright jewel."

Why have you changed? It is such a lovely name. It sounds royal and of high standing.

"Father Kageyama doted on me. I am his Clara Gemma. But I am not of anyone's ownership. I make my path. And the start of it is by making me new again."

Yukon didn't know what to say to this. She looked at the ground, thinking up of something - anything - that she could say in response. When she looks up, Pulerde is back with her band. From afar, the Skydancer smiles at her, and mouths,

"Follow your heart."

... That's what Yukon caught, at least. But the details are not important.

The gate opens for her. She does not know what the inside entails, but she will heed the lovely dancer's unforgettable last words. With a huff and a nod, she enters the Resort of the Modern Winds. Pulerde started with her name. Yukon will start with her place.

Use Selective Feeding. Save your harder to get food.

Go to down arrow by your user name, account settings,feed style, selective and then set. Now when you go to feed, individually select what's fed. Hitting the top bar mimics current default setting. Ugh!
