Plodding, heavy, and still for long periods of time, Palus is easily mistaken for an unusual bit of swampy vegetation until he moves. But woe to the unfortunate soul who approaches without paying him the proper respect; in addition to being a skilled hedge witch, Palus is extraordinarily cranky and not at all fond of company. However, if given the right honors, (and perhaps an offering or two,) his ability to work closely with woodland spirits can prove quite useful in many endeavors.
