Assertive | Resourceful | Dramatic
Citri, though not native to the Windswept Plateau, earned the position of Clan Leader through the effort he put forth to aid his fellow clanmates. While he was not a part of the original clan that traveled from the disease-stricken Sea of a Thousand Currents, he was able to lead them through the journey after they'd reached the land of the wind.

He gave them refuge in his lair, which was empty all but for himself. As time passed, more and more dragons stumbled across the lair they'd come to call home, and each of them were welcomed for as long as they wished to stay.

It was Chosokabe who suggested that Citri should become the leader of their clan, as they had simply been a ragtag group of dragons up until then. They wanted structure, a lair full of dragons just as they'd had in their old homes. Citri took up the offer; however, he has never let the thought of being leader go to his head. He values the lives and stories of every dragon in his care, and he will do everything in his power to keep them safe so that none of them will have to witness a tragedy like the one Aoki and the others had fled from originally.
