Iidaka has always been a woman of few words, preferring to let her actions speak for her. Well known in the clan for being the wisest of all of them, many of them go to her for advice in almost every situation. In her free time, she tends to hang around lakes to watch the moon rise.

After Weave took off with her second child and left Iidaka to take care of Iitunia alone, Iidaka has never let any harm come to her only child. Ever protective and ever watchful, Iidaka has committed herself to watching over the other hatchlings in the lair as well.

Her baby's not a baby anymore, after all. May as well channel that energy into something worthwhile. Well, some of the energy, anyway.

Iidaka always has an eye on her little one.

After she was attacked by the Oracle, Mel was left in the woods to die. Iidaka had happened upon her body by chance, surrounded by a pool of her own blood. Deciding to forgo the moon rise that night, she scooped up her broken cousin and whisked her away to her den. She requested the help of Ozensa to wrap her in bandages, only barely managing to save Mel's life.

Now, she helps Mel get around, both physically and around her own shattered self image. She won't deny that what her cousin did was wrong- it was downright cruel- but never has Iidaka been one to refuse someone a second chance.

If Muuimir could be guided back to the light, then... she just hoped the trait was hereditary.
