Biography
Despite their name, Oracle isn't actually particularly good at seeing into the future.
They are, however, pretty decent at summoning spirits, assuming the spirits you're looking for are vodka or whiskey.
Because they're made of glitch they have a hard time staying solid and as such their colours and textures change wildly, sometimes between blinks, sometimes between days. They're probably benign though, or at the worst, chaotic neutral.
