Biography
Quex is about the most agreeable dragon in the clan, taking her place right up there with Ozensa. While no master of dissolving tension, she certainly excels in the art of placation. Accidentally make someone angry? A bit of metal should be enough apology. Someone's crying? Ooh, this gem will make the perfect cheer-up gift! Many of the other dragons in the lair were confused by her nature at first, as it was unique to her alone, but after having it later explained by Carnagi and Aos they began to understand and appreciate the gestures.
It did take them a while to figure out how to communicate with her, however.
With the complete lack of hearing due to being deaf from birth, Quex was unable to even hear the vibrations in the air. It took Carnagi's brilliant mind in order to figure out a solution. Now, many of the lair's inhabitants take lessons from him in a language he and Quex built together. It's all gestures and lip reading, but it does wonders for the worsened communication issues. Rarely is there a problem when communicating with Quex now.
This, as you could guess, makes Quex unbelievably happy.
