"Ariette is my name, I'm sure. I know not why, but...I think the person who gave it to me was apologizing while they said it..."

- Great great-granddaughter of Naomi, though it's...complicated. (Naomi > Willow > Oblivion > Aspen > Ariette)
- The truth of her creation is that she was essentially made as a draconic shield; formed from a long forgotten and exalted Fae in Aspen's attempts to drive Betelgeuse away, Aspen himself feels incredible guilt about essentially rebirthing her into the world to save his own skin.

Bio
Ariette is an unusual case, even among Naomi's descended; in truth, she didn't even come from an egg at all. She came into being when Aspen and Betelgeuse clashed with one another after Betelgeuse decided she wanted to test her might against the unusual Fae, and he wanted no part in it. The unusual life that was created from the magic Aspen used mixed with some of Betelgeuse's own magic and formed a small fae. In Betelgeuse's attempt to harm the little one in response, Aspen sent her back with a strong spell and promptly sent Ariette to be exalted to protect her, apologizing all the while.

Fate, as it turns out, had other plans for the small Fae. Drifting in the sea for quite some time and with no memories to speak of, all Ariette knows is the glitchy powers she was born with, and very little of dragon interaction. She knows nothing of her bloodline, nor her parents, and to some, what may indeed be for the best considering her unnaturally high magic potential.

Still, Ariette presses ever forward with optimism, hoping to find her way in the world.
