Born into luxury and infused with imagination, Aithne was doted upon by her parents since birth. Upon first opening her eyes, she was scooped up and brought along to dances and musical performances all over the kingdom. She immediately turned to her carer's Lute, learning how to delicately pluck each string and strum to her heart's content.

Following her home clan's descent into chaos, her mother, Seprina decided to smuggle her out of the kingdom, accompanied only by a small collection of her belongings, her lute and one of the village merchants. Upon arrival in her new home, she was left to forge her own path. Will she rise to nobility once again, or will she seek safety in the simple life?
