B I O G R A P H Y
Ruya was the first dragon to be born in the Flames Embrace with the strange new eyes that swept through Sornieth. Her parents, usually so happy whenever they saw their hatchlings reacted negatively for the first time as all of her eyes watched them. Her siblings were the first to leave the nest, with her sister and brother leaving to a nature and ice clan respectively. Abandoned by her parents, and with her siblings leaving almost as soon as they could she was left alone in the Flames Embrace. She soon left with the Wildclaw, Velia, who took the hatchling under her wing as she traveled around Sornieth on her land ship and treated her like a younger sister. During this time, Ruya was often found on top of the Crow's nest of the ship, using her multiple eyes to her advantage in the constant search for danger from both Beastclans and dragons alike. Later she chose to stay in the Flames Embrace, having had fallen in love with the resident rune maker, Abigor. The two met when he needed rare materials to forge his runes and Ruya had been manning the ships stall at the time. To say it was love at first sight would be lying, as the two fought over prices and fell in love over weeks and months of conversation. This was also the perfect amount of time for Ruya to gain a rival, Winifred, who had been seeking out Abigors attention and when she was slighted she aimed a curse at Ruya which was taken by Abigor, but not without shattering the bones in both of her wings. Both Abigor and Ruya are still together, despite Abigor's new status as a demon and Ruya's own lose of flight thanks to Winifred's spell. Ruya now has the job of not only acting as the clans Watcher, a dragon who more than not is found at the top of the Tower of Harmony within a magical sphere as she uses her multiple eyes to look for danger. She has also been outfitted with a pair of magical aides, and even with their aid she can only glide.
