A wayward mage that just happened to be traveling between regions when he was downed close to the crumbling cities borders. Whatever hit his wing was too fast for him to notice in time, and before he knew it the ground was rushing in way too fast for him to compensate. With a fractured wing and a broken compass, Elpis quickly decided on the long trek from where he came from.

But alas, the forest grew dark and the coatl was lost in unfamiliar lands. He wandered, crossing over landmarks and his own indicators numerous times, before growing too weary to go on. He found himself a tree's root system, digging himself an already half-made (by nature, he insisted when the brushes rumbled behind him) lair, and fell asleep.

When he woke up, he found himself face to face with what he now calls Suma, locked away in what appeared to be a quarantined living quarter. HIs wing was bandaged and - - (more coming soon)...
