Biography
Kyark - The Prince
EDIT: As of Dec 1, 2019, Kyark is now the Clan Co-leader of Strongearth!
EDIT: As of Dec 1, 2022, Kyark has stepped down from his position!
Kyark is one of Treva's only adopted children. He came from the Fishspine Reef and was once a prince of several united clans that lived under the waters. Unfortunately, due to being adopted into such a life, he never knew his birth parents, only that they likely were not royalty. Kyark left his people to go on an adventure to find new lands- and he happened across Clan Strongearth. After seeing the hospitality of the members, he decided to stay and still writes home often. The leader of the clan, Treva, allowed him to stay as a prince, but made sure he knew that she was in charge. She eventually grew a soft spot for him and welcomed him into her family, where Kyark felt a love unlike any other.

Kyark soared over the earth, his eyes searching for the small fae dragon.
"Fira!" He called, and her yellow head turned around to look at him.
"Well, looks like his Highness finally showed up!" She smiled playfully at him and he rolled his eyes.
"Yeah, alright, what was it you had to show me so early in the morning?"
"I made you something!" She blushed, dragging something from behind her back. A gold chain caught the sun, and a ruby hung from it. She held it out to him eagerly and Kyark accepted it with a feeling of anticipation.
"Fira, is this a crown?"
"It's called a fillet." She corrected, "Do you like it?"
He looked up from it and beamed, "It's a good thing I have something for you as well." He unclipped something from under his wing and Fira marveled as he presented her with ruby wing loops.
"Kyark, it's... Wonderful." She put them on and let the sun bounce off the gems that adorned them. "Does this mean you like me?"
Kyark rolled his eyes, "Fira, we're been together for a few weeks now, I think that's a yes."
"No, I mean..." She took his claws into hers, "Kyark, we can be more than that. Let's be mates, perhaps." Her breath was steady but Kyark could tell she was nervous. On the other hand, he couldn't have been more thrilled.
"Fira, of course!" He embraced her, feeling the rubies as she wrapped her wings around him with a noise of celebration.
"Oh, I cannot wait to tell my mom!" She said, grinning slyly at him. He returned it, "And I'll tell mine. My adopted one, er, the first one, from the Reef."
Fira helped him put on the 'fillet' and motioned back to where the clan was, "Shall we?"
And Kyark could not have been happier.
