B I O G R A P H Y

Main Theme: Nuvin’s Theme (Dark Star Cho’Gath).

______ Nuvin was never supposed to be part of this clan, it was an unnatural and strange circumstance. The previous leader, a black guardian dragon named Dusk, had an abusive rule over the old clan. At that time Nuvin was only an ambassador of her old arcane flight, an inquisitive bunch known for keeping other clans of different groups in check. She was assigned to look over this clan for a short while, back then Dusk had his clan within the realm of the nature god and their dragons looked as if they prospered.

But Nuvin knew to look in deeper, she talked to the consort of the clan’s leader, Nadine. She, an imperial from the plaguelands, was inflicted with a terrible disease that would inhibit her from a proper death. Eventually when she would come to pass her body would live on as an orange specter of magic and dust. A disease she would then find out was a curse, cast by Dusk onto her. Such a terrible fate he had given to his mate, Nuvin had to do something about it. But it wasn’t only Nadine that had been abused by this curse, various other curses and spells were placed upon other dragons as a form of control and power.

Another female, a sky dancer named Esmeralda, was cursed to see the realm of the dead. She would never know peace of mind, always hearing the whispers and seeing the distorted ghosts of the past. All of these curses related to death, something that Nuvin couldn’t stand for. She had to protect these dragons from further abuse.

______ A Battle would ensue for the rights of the clan, a fight between two great guardian dragons. It was an unfair fight, though Nuvin had been part of the arcane flight, she was not powerful with her magic. Any magic she did know was illusionary, not used for battle. She would have to rely on brute force, which she did. And won. But Dusk left his mark, not a curse like the others but many scars and a missing eye on her right side.

From this victory however, she would move this clan and their wounded members to the plaguelands, a place where they would live their lives safely in the midst of decay. Nuvin knew this was the right place, she found a large cavern system in the lower lands, atop it a gigantic spire which she would make her home.

She would bring in many new members from other flights, looking for protection and peace from the chaos of larger clans. Of these dragons are: Mire (Nuvin’s Mate), Fraya, Brine, Strahd, Athena, and Snow.
