TENKO CHABASHIRA
☆Ultimate Aikido Master☆ 
Tenko is an incredibly noisy and generally cheerful dragon. She wears her emotions on her sleeve and has the habit of yelling out in a loud voice to show her fighting spirit. She is easily excitable and very protective of those she cares about.
Having been raised in a wildclaw clan, Tenko takes pride on her fighting abilities, jumping to any opportunity to defend her clanmates head on.

HISTORY
Originally born in the Southern Icefield, Tenko was quickly sent off as a hatchling to The Ashfall Waste by her original clan due to her destructive tendencies and uncontrollable temper. She was picked up by a fire wildclaw clan, who raised her and taught her how to focus her energy on fighting. Due to this, Tenko exhibits behavior tipically expected of a wildclaw dragon, as she was raised amongst them until she reached maturity. Once she reached adulthood, she started feeling troubled. There was something inside her that told her she needed to leave; to find something to protect. Wanting to follow her feeling, she abandoned her clan to start her Search; she travelled throghought Sornieth in search of what would become her Charge. During her trip, she met her familiar, a Blooming Hedgehide she found on The Windswept Plateau who she named Matcha. She seemed to be out of luck during her Search, so she decided to return to The Ashfall Waste. There, she met her current clan, and most importantly, a fae named Himiko, and then everything clicked for her. Tenko took Himiko as her charge, swearing to protect her with her life. That is when she finally felt like a true guardian for the first time in her life. Himiko didn't seem too fond of Tenko at first; the guardian's energetic and cheery personality made her feel overwhelmed and exhausted. She warmed up to her after a while, finally seeing the guardian in a much more positive light after she protected her from an almost fatal enemy attack. Their relationship strenghtened, and after some time, they became mates. Tenko has a pretty good relationship with most of the other Ultimates, although she is not generally trusting of other dragons, especially males, untill they have proven themselves in combat. She holds wildclaw values high and will prove her clanmate's worth with physical challenges. She values honesty over anything and so finds dragons like Kokichi, who hide themselves behind lies, to be deceitful and unreliable. Despite her apparent distrust of males, she is good friends with dragons like Shuichi, Kaito and Gonta and will protect everyone no matter what. Tenko mostly takes the role of protector in the clan; she has formed a trio together with Gonta and Kaito that focuses on protecting the Ultimates. She is said trio’s leader and the clan’s co-leader. She was the second Ultimate to join the clan, the first one being Himiko. She mostly takes on hunting and training duty, battling and training with dragons that are going to be exalted; although she will help wherever there's need of another pair of claws. While she is not busy, she often trains alone or spends time with her mate, Himiko. Stargazing is a hobby she also enjoys that she picked up from Kaito, and while she doesn't have Angie's ability by far, she enjoys carving and painting the walls of her lair to show her accomplishments.  |
HOME Tenko's lair is a cavern etched on clay and volcanic rock; she carved it herself and it is big enough to house the biggest of imperials. She and Himiko share it, and Himiko has built a small roost made out of tree sap on the ceiling and sides of the cavern. The walls are decorated with carvings and paintings that recount their feats and accomplishments, and Tenko enjoys mimicking the wildclaw lairs she remembers from her childhood. Both keep their hoards ordered and some of Tenko's favorite trophies are even displayed on the walls. |
HOARD Tenko hoards all kinds of battle mementos. She thinks all of them are fascinating, and always keeps what she can find during training or when hunting. She especially enjoys keeping weapons, armor, or even broken horns, teeth or claws of particurlarly strong foes; the higher the challenge, the prouder she feels. Some of them also have carvings to tell the story behind them, and Tenko won't hesitate to explain in detail if asked about them. She also keeps things she found during her search; she has a habit of picking up "souvenirs" from any place she happens to visit. |
FAMILIAR Tenko's familiar is a Blooming Hedgehide named Matcha that hails from The Windswept Plateau. They are very silent and ratter skittish and only seem to trust Tenko. They are inquisitive and very curious; their favorite thing to do is to stare at Tenko while she's training, painting, or carving and sometimes they even attempt to venture out onto the den’s main hub to look at clan members going about the place, taking care of their chores. Tenko enjoys their company a lot and she has taken them with her during her travels throughout Sornieth. |
TRAVEL Tenko has visited all of Sornieth during her Search. She likes to travel to new places and to discover new things, so she will take the oportunity to do any kind of scouting mission if possible. She doesn't travel much nowadays since she is focused on protecting both her Charge and the clan, so she likes to listen to stories from those who come from afar. Despite her distrust of him, she likes to listen to Rantaro's stories since he has apparently travelled a lot. Both have an interest in hoarding souvenirs, so they often talk about the origin of what they own. |
