💀⚔💀 Sovari Daughter of Necrophades Their mother watches as they play with the feathers that line her mane. She can't help but smile at her first clutch. She can't wait to raise them. For them to become shamans like her. To see what she can see, to hear what she can hear. She couldn't wait to see their potential. She is already thinking of the ways she can train them. She doesn't think it will take much to help them unlock their potentials. To her they seem to already hold the ability... "Unworthy." The door swings open and the self proclaimed Raven King is there. White eyes stare down at the now still hatchlings. Judging. Hating. "Unworthy. Get rid of them." Their mother is quick to scoop them up into her arms. She rushes out of the hut she called home. She would still teach them. Just not here. The mother flew and flew to the border of the Starfall Isles, the Arcanist's domain, to find a fellow Plague dragon at the border, scavaging, as many of their kind did. It was in this stranger that she placed her trust and thrust her into his grasp, though not letting go until she knew his hold on her was true. He looked down at the hatchling, then up at the mother (which was not hard to do, as she was 5 meters shorter.) But as he opened his mouth to ask the first of many questions, she put a claw to her mouth to silence him, then escaped into the sundown. The Necromancer looked back down at the hatching. Not even a day old, yet she already had lived through a lifetime. She curled and stretched in his arms, body, mainly her tail writhing as she did, her wings shifting a bit. After a long silence, he sighed and put her in a small sling he had around his neck, and walked back into the trees, into the Isles. Whatever that was that just happened, he couldn't leave her to the wilds, morally ambiguous as he was. Deeper he got into his part of the Starwood Strand, the Shade was writhing and growling in the blighted part of the woods. Yet, they did not attack. The hatching whimpered and curled closer to him, feeling the cold and darkness and he patted her to calm her. He entered a cave filled with other dragons and went to his den where 2 more sleeping Imperial children were curled up in a makeshift bassinet of soft, plush pelts. The Necromancer withdrew them from it and put them next to his side on his bed of pillows and pelts, curling around them, one eye open on the hatchlings as he put his wing over them gently, not in a suffocating manner, but in a calming, sawddling one. In her previous Clan, she was Sovari, disowned daughter of the Raven King. A princess denied of her title. The Unworthy. Here, she would be beloved, doted on, cared for. For she was Sovari, the daugher of Necrophades, the great necromancer. And anyone who dared to call her Unworthy would meet his claws, and, perhaps, be turned into one of his undead creations.
