Dragons are pulled in by Mandala, he keeps a cozy desert cave on the outskirts of the clan’s territory, his shared oasis draws in wandering travellers.

Upon catching a glance of Mandala many dragons are compelled to come in and sit for tea. He then does his best to convince the traveller that they simply must have their fortunes read. His readings have an 80% accuracy and he does his best to please his guests, however it is a slight ploy.

See, ‘Dala was recurited by Zukai as an offering to the clan leader. Upon Zukai explaining what they were capable of, Coltar has since made Mandala in charge of recruiting new members.

Dala must do everything in his power to subtly convince travelers to join the Rook’s quickly growing clan.
