Ice Ice Baby~~Experiment AC-003~~~One of the Odds

A-Cee (Ay-Cee or AC) and his twin K-Cee (Kay-Cee) were two paired hatchlings resulted of a near fatal elemental experiment conducted by Kafkas Order. They were two who came out of the very narrow survival rate. A-Cee is a shy and timid dragon who's scared of his own strength. He usually follows in his brothers bold shadow to help keep eachothers powers under control.

A-Cee has an abnormal amount of ice magic inside of him as a result of the experiment. It multiplies and flows at every minute. He struggles dearly with keeping it under control and often cannot- not unlike his brother. At times, he accidentally freezes objects without trying and commonly encases his surrounding with ice as a result of anxiety.
He wrapped himself in icy 'chains' to help keep his magic at a minimum- but once those are off, its over for you suckers.

The clan members aren't as wary of A-Cee as his brother, although he still asks for a safety den just in case his powers go out of bounds. His den is often constantly freezing cold in temperatures, walls covered in solid frost. He goes ALL elsa in this joint.

-The Experiment-
A-Cee and his multiple siblings were breed to solely be used as fodder for a Kafkas Order experiment. The experiments goal was to create incredibly powerful dragons with strong god like elemental capacities. A set of weapons as an attempt to dethrone the Deities. A-Cee was part of the AC project, ice element aligned. The experiment was almost 99% fatal and resulted in many deceased, overstimulated by their artificial magic.

He and his twin was victim to another sub experiment which tested on the possiblility of a nest with multiple elemental eggs bore by one breeding pair. Dr. Xavier was the lead doctor of the elemental experiment along with the TWIN project. As an egg, the doctor artificially injected and enfused A-Cee, with ice essence constantly; since the day his mother laid him and the day he hatched. A-Cee's egg was placed in an isolated ice room and nearly died as a result. A-Cee's hatching was delayed significantly for months. With a 0.1 chance of success, A-Cee survived and successfully had elemental ice magic, although his uncontrollable condition was worse than K-Cee's.

-Soluna-
One day Soluna acquired the location of Kafkas experimental lab, provided by Hayden. Soluna immediately dispatched a squad to the location. Lunar, very angry, insisted on joined her fellow clan members in the front lines.

Soluna wiped out the lab clean, dragons responsible were either captured or killed. Dr.Xavier escaped narrowly by Lunar's blade. The Lab was than investigated and salvaged for survivors. In a metal cell, they found K-Cee and A-Cee. All the other patients were dead before they arrived or had escaped without their knowledge during the raid.

The twins were given shelter and examined by Medics. Pyrosis and Kuroark were confused of the twins claims that they appeared off the same nest. Merwin along with her assistant Para Med too had no clue of how this ever happened. It should have been impossible.
