Silence in the shadows. Claws forged in magic. Lamashtu is a nightmare given corporeal form. She lives her life like a warriors blade, forged for battle. Her blood sings with the magic of the Arcane and she walks through the night like the goddess of death. She was born the Daughter of Beleth and Deadnight, a hardened general and a devout warrioress. Plague fills her veins and her mother's Wind guides her steps. A reckoning was prophesized on the day of Lamashtu's birth.

"Plague and Wind will bear a child of the Arcane.
The Archanist will know her name.
The Plaguebringer will sing her praise,
and The Windsinger, he will see, feel, know his shame."

War is an occupation to those enscrypted. War, it's battles and it's gore, are the very heartbeat of Lamashtu's life. Loneliness clings to her mind on nights when the quiet is louder than the chaos. She wonders, in those solemn hours, gilted by moonlight and dying stars, if she might have had companionship in another life. She was molded from the time of her first wingbeats to weild her claws against her father's enemies. Her own mother taught her to make the wind bend to her will, to know it as a lover in the skies as she descended on dragons from the clouds. Her teeth are steel and her claws are the reaper's scythe.

Who would ever care for such a weapon. What dragon in Sornieth would give their heart to death's revered warrior? All those who might have been worthy or willing, had already fallen beneath her tooth and claw; Their bones left to the Earthshaker. No dragon would know her, so the moon was her companion. It knew her heart and it held her doubts and her silent suffering. Lamashtu lamented to the skies during her moments of loneliness; her weakness, then she returned to the battlefield.

Despite being born in the lands of Arcane, she was born with the 'Shade Touch'. The plague lands ran through her parents with a fierce force. A form of corruption caused by living in certain parts of the plague realms. Those infected by this corruption tend to experience more hostel feelings when provoked. They are unsure of why The Shade causes such hot tempered dragons. It is very obvious by the crackling that spreads across their skin. The darker the tone of the shade, the more effected the dragon.
