She was built to be a gift. She was supposed to help mend the errors of the past. To fix the relations of two flights. She was a beacon of hope, a ray of light, a plea for peace. She was one of the last kind things the Icewarden did for another god. He gave her to the Falemcaller, and the Flamecaller threw her away.
Scrappers picked her apart, what was once something grand was now just a skeleton of what she once was. What was left of her was moved to the Charged Barrens to rot. There was so little left of her that Ezekiel was surprised when she awoke from the former worker drone's touch. Ezekiel had originally planned to use her for scrap metal. But instead she was rebuilt. She was rebuilt into something new, but just as beautiful.
Nivalis was the name that she chose. And she chose to help heal the others of the Avenoir Wastes. They may not have needed biological healing, but they did need healing of the mind, and Nivalis wanted to do what she could to bring happiness to her new friends.
Never again would she be thrown out like trash. Now she is valued.
