YESEESESEESESESE!!! Colors I've needed!!!!! AHH, I wrote out some of my plans for her but got too excited and prematurely deleted the page, I'll have to redo it later. The gist of it was that she is Dominions older sister and only living relative who is waiting for her in arcane. When her sister never arrives, she assumes the worst and leaves this clan to search for her lost sibling in plague. This is ironic because the whole reason Dominion gets intercepted on her way to arcane, this clan kicked out Yersinia because of her experiments going rouge, whom later gains interest in Dom because of her strange nature. Nelana has a hell of a time traversing plague because ultimately Dom never got that far into the Abiding boneyard, still caught along the border along earth and shadow. It's a long journey to get there from arcane, and by the time she returns to her old clan everything's likely to have fallen apart.

I like that I can write this perspective of Yersinia's lore because she does some truly incredible things in the name of revenge, things that really no dragon should have been capable of. So having one of the dragons that feared her and did not disapprove of her banishment witness her fate and all she accomplished, just to return to her old clan and find that even after Yersinia failed, they still destroyed themselves. The kindest of their clan retreating to new homes as the bitter ones remained to turn against one another. It's a bittersweet ending to all of them, because none of them were truly in the wrong for their initial actions, but it soon spiraled out of control. These dragons did things that were nothing but cruel in the name of fixing a past that they had helped to break. A game of scapegoats and runaways, and those who were not there to witness the downfall of their home will find that they have nothing to return to.
