Ampere

Ampere is the head mechanic of the clan. A proud inventor, if a bit scatterbrained at times, she takes great pride in her work. While some may see her as arrogant and self-absorbed, Ampere simply doesn't know how to talk to people who aren't craftsdragons themselves! She's closest to Taaffeite ("Taaffy", as Ampere calls her), the clan's chief jeweler, and she's been head-over-tail in love with her since they first met. Unfortunately, figuring out if her anxious best friend feels the same way about her is proving to be something of a challenge. But Ampere is willing to wait until they're on the same footing to begin a relationship-or not. She would do anything for Taaffeite, and although she doesn't know it, Taaffeite would do anything for her.
