THE ARTIST | eccentric, clumsy, joyful
Vincent adopted his skills of painting from the elder human that raised him- and when that human inevitably passed on, his constant inspiration and creativity suddenly came to a halt. Rather than stay at his home with his sorrows, he decided to pack his most special belongings and his art supplies and wander the entire world for new inspiration. Though he traveled far and wide, met many different people and discovered many different places, nothing felt right to paint. It never felt right to paint in general since his parent passed.
But on a warm day, gliding through the bamboo forests and grassy plains of the wind flight, they discovered a pair. A human and a dragon, holding each other soundly in their sleep. Finally they felt that chord struck in his soul. Inspiration finally had hit. And while the pair slept, they spent the afternoon right by them, painting them to the best of their abilities.
It reminded him much of his time with his human companion. The emotions the sight provoked, it was something he wanted to cherish forever. So once the pair awoke he showed them the painting, the human seemed very surprised but pleased. The dragon on the other hand, was rather hostile. Regardless the human showed Vincent so much hospitality and even offer to pay to keep the painting. But there was no need, after all it wouldn't make sense to pay for a painting he would make many more of what he claims to be his new home.
