At a young age Chlora's charge died of natural causes, and in a rare display of mercy from some divine power, she was allowed a second chance and was told that her charge would be found in the shifting expanse where she found Ness. The two were quick friends and work closely.

Familiar: Spring
Chlora's familiar Spring enjoys running with the scouts while they patrol the territory. She can always be found bouncing a few paces ahead and enjoying the scenery.

Job: Farm manager
Chlora directs what type of crops will be grown where and when. She also keeps her own private, experimental garden where she breeds new varieties of plants for consumption or medicinal purposes.

Misc:
Chlora arrived around the same time as Kehdrin. She never approved of his tricks and scams, and the two don't get along very well.
