Whimsical and often lost in thought, Cythor doesn't seem to concern himself with the troubles of this world. He holds a firm belief in a power higher than even the patron deities of the Flights. When asked about it, he reasons that someone or something must have created the first gods. Above all else, he is stubborn about his beliefs and refuses to change them no matter who asks.

Born into the Earth Flight, Cythor was a curious hatchling, often asking endless questions of his elders. From early on, he displayed an intelligence higher than that of his fellow Earth-Born clanmates and sought to expand it whenever he could. However, he soon got the idea that there must be a being or force more powerful than the gods. In seeking information to support his theory, he was discovered by his clanmates. They were appalled by his outlandish idea and ordered him to leave the clan. Cast out into the world, Cythor wandered for quite a long time, still searching for answers. His journey led him to the Sunbeam Ruins and the Starfall Isles, both gathering places for the knowledgeable and learned. However, both Flights rejected his ideas and sent him away. At a loss, he landed on the Windswept Plateau to try and figure out what to do next. A local clan was kind enough to take him in, though he still longed to continue his quest.
