There always seems to be more parchment in her small cove than any other part of the lair.
If one looks closely, they can see the scribbles of Avna's handwriting all over the paper.
Perhaps that's where the stolen notes of the Council meetings go?

Raat is loyal and mad. She does what she believes is right, no matter the consequences. The only question is who she's loyal to. The Shadowbinder or the Plaguebringer?
If it's the former, it's no wonder why she is so careful as to hand Shadoweye coins to get what she needs so she can have alibis.
