Personality
Akira is quiet, but possesses the courage and determination to take action, and has a free heart, despite his social standing and how others view him, and never stops choosing his own path. Other members of the Flames Embrace state that he appears quiet and well-mannered, but this behavior is a profound ruse that hides the heart of a rebellious trickster. He is extremely resistant to rigid and dogmatic forms of control-based authority and order. He has received much criticism, insults, opposition and even death threats for his rebellious nature. However, he seems to accept the way that the Flames Embrace is set up and ruled as it leaves very little room for actual corruption. He also seeks to help those and has found that his charge is anyone that enters his cafe and needs help.

Early Years
Akira was the only hatchling of his parents, and was often seen as a disgrace by them due to his often quiet and reserved nature. Despite the good grades that he earned in school they still wished for a child that was more outgoing and warm. One day when he was coming home from classes he came upon a seen that would decide his future forever when he witnessed a dragoness being sexually harassed by a drake and stopped him. In his drunken stupor, the drake accidentally fell without Akira touching him and injured his head. He blamed it on Akira and forced the woman to testify that it was all Akira's fault. Thus Akira now had a criminal record and was quickly kicked out of his clan. This is when he met Kaito for the first time, and ended up following the primarily white Skydancer to the Flames Embrace

Awakening Metaverse
Despite the fact that Akira had never been close to anyone in his home clan, including his own parents, he fell into a depression for a short time at the thought of what had happened. Kaito often tried to cheer up the gloomy Guardian before he was sent on a mission. A month or two after arriving at the Flames Embrace Akira noticed a strange symbol on the back of his right hand. Never before had the Guardian seen this symbol, this strange red eye with a five-pointed star for a pupil, and when he tried to rub it off he found himself someplace else entirely. It was the Flames Embrace, except that it wasn't at the same time. This new power that he called "Metaverse" he would later learn allowed him to enter a parallel world where desires both pure and dark made themselves known. For the most part this alternate Flames Embrace looked pure, a sparkling gem with bright blue skies. However he could see dark spots, like depleted sacridite in some areas, and when he entered the scenery changed. He came to call these dull areas "Palaces" and once he entered one he found that he couldn't leave until he ran out of stamina. In an effort to protect the Embrace he would stick around enter the Palaces in an effort to steal the treasures held within.

Final Heist-Current Time
So he stole, stole the distorted desires of the dragons that lived within the Flames Embrace that would be harmful to not only the Embrace itself but also to the dragons who harbored them. He stole Kirian's desire for reckless bloodshed, Mammon's insatiable greed (although maybe not all of it...), Winifred's lust for Abigor, and others before finally stealing the desire of the drake who had him exiled. Empyrean later manages to piece together his actions using not only her own intelligence but also because of Kaito who informed her of how he was worried over how twitchy Akira was around some of the others in the clan. She later decided to let him be, allowing him to open up his Cafè within the Tower of Family if he promised to inform her off the creation of any new Palaces.

Job Description
Akira is the owner of a cafe that spans almost a whole floor of the Tower of Family. He also works part time with the Tower of Justice by utilizing a power known as Mementos to steal the distorted desires of those in the Embrace or gather information on whoever they are questioning at the time.
