______ Olive had been born in the midst of a war; a constant battle between the reigning supremacy and rebel group. The clashing tribes could not find a single thing to agree upon, causing tension to fill the clan, pervading every den until its stench was almost suffocating. As a member of the noble dragons, Olive was raised alongside Icy and Wheat, given the best of toys and foods, the best of friends. She was raised in the ways of the pure-bred, learning her manners and the proper skills befitting a lady. However, all this was forgotten when she approached adolescence. Olive began quickly falling into depression; the world blurred out and colors faded into a nonexistent realm of grays. All she could see was darkness expanding in every direction; there was no glow at the end of the tunnel, no light to give her hope.

______ Olive despised her family, everyone who had helped her along the way. She began turning toward the rebel group, seeking them as a way to calm her inner insecurities. They welcomed her eagerly, and from that moment forth, she was pronounced official spy of the rebels. It was not an easy job, particularly because she was wearing two faces at all times. If the royals caught her, they would quickly put her to death without a second thought. But this- this rush of adrenaline- it was what awakened the spirit within her again. She reached out to others, learned more hobbies and became interested in the magical realms that existed beyond the physical world. The metaphorical meanings of everything was so apparent in her new eyes, she couldn't believe that she had never seen it before. All at once, she knew that she must use her newfound energy to help them defeat Icy, once and for all. That way, the clan would know peace, security, happiness.
