Ever since the beginning, Darkness was hatched into the collective of dragons known as Skull Sages. Here, he grew up learning ancient arts such as voodoo, rituals, and long forgotten summonings. After some time, a newer member joined the Skull Sages, Kaas. Darkness was very curious about Kaas and he observed the fire dragon closely. Soon, Darkness was assigned a few ritualistic activities with Kaas and the two became very close due to their similar natures.

When he was finished being taught, him and Kaas were sent out to expand upon the Skull Sages and find a clan to stay in. As they set out deeper into the Tangled Wood, they found the Voidclaw clan. They were gladly accepted into the Voidclaw clan, and continue on their practices of the ancient arts, teaching those willing to listen. Despite his insanity, he managed to contribute to the clan and help mold the community. Another Skull Sage later joined them from a different group, his name being Ichor.

The Skull Sages collectively meet at Blackstone Shrine, attempting to summon powerful magical entities of mere legend. Though thought of as only tales by most, the Skull Sages wish to conjure the souls of those lost to time, bringing back these powerful dragons from death and willing them back into existence. It's only a matter of time.

To the current day, summoning rituals are considered a clan tradition and have been officially accepted as a sacred art. These rituals are common practice, becoming less associated with the original group and more of a culturally significant activity among Voidclaw clan members.



The Summoning is described as a clan changing event that occurred a few years after the founding of the clan, when the Skull Sages conjured a powerful ancient deity-like entity known as -blank-. When -blank- arose from the murky depths of his thousand year slumber, he was greeted with cheers and praise from the sages. Finally, after years of attempting contact with the forgotten entities of legend, they had not only established a connection but had awoken one of them. Realizing the capability and wisdom of this ancient entity, Shadowprowl stepped down as the leader of the clan, instead allowing -blank- to take charge as he became co-leader.
