Clematis

Colchium is a genus of flowering plants that all contain a toxic chemical known as colchine. This same chemical has been used to treat gout and joint pain.

Nature is full of these kinds of oxymorons - poisonous plants that can heal and healthy plants that can choke the life out of those around it.

Colchium clan is the same way. Though mostly populated by Nature dragons, there are additions to the clan all the time from other realms and flights. They're united by a shared fascination for studying the ways that nature's darker sides shows itself. Many are witches or other mystical practitioners who use herbs, bones, and other materials scavenged from the wilds of the Viridian Labyrinth.

They are devoted to the Gladekeeper but also hold high regard to the Plaguebringer and see the two as twins, two sides of a single coin.
