Biography
Leader of the slaver empress's pack of trapper-enforcers.
The Empress pays well and cares little for Saber's... habits. So long as the slaves are left intact the Empress permits Saber to abuse them as she pleases, making little cuts and wounds, forcing them to work endless hours. Scraping the dirt until their paws are raw.
Saber and the taskmaster, Morghul, are often at odds. Morghul wants the slaves kept in good condition, to improve their work. Saber is content to let the taskmaster brandish the good will of the Empress. Saber has the loyalty of her hunting pack, and eventually, the Empress's favor will run dry.
An unexpected boon of her new occupation; Saber has found willing mates. Her temper has proved her an ill suited partner in the past, but her new companions are worse than her by far. The cold coatl relishes only the taste of dragonsblood, obsessing constantly over an old rival, and the masochist mirror allows her to take pieces from him, when the slaves are out of reach. The assassin and the surgeon are impassive, but dutiful.
A strong pack. Perhaps the canyon fortress will be theirs one day...
