A man of affairs, he has many women, but desires only one dragon

A softened, chubby coatl with bouncy, well-kept feathers. His tail is kept erect at all times, curled and stiff like that of a chameleon. His eyes are narrow, and his nails are filed into rounded tips, and coated with clear polish which makes them glisten in the light. He moves with incredible finesse, light on his feet.

He is a dragon of mild local fame, known for his buttery words and catlike seduction. al-Lakur makes a cheap lover, and will not turn down dragons seduced by him, yet he never commits. He is very emotionally mature, and gives fine advice. He has little concept of personal space, often touching or brushing against those he is speaking to.
