PERSONALITY

Duskheart's role in the travelling trio is the Protector. She was restless and bored in her clan, especially since she was given the caring nursery duties due to her Nature element. She despised it and learnt to fight instead. When the offer for someone to travel with the scholar came up, Duskheart instantly applied. And, with her attitude, the clan was happy to have her leave. They hope she may emotional grow upon the journey but it has yet to happen.

Duskheart likes to play - and not in the pleasant manner. She acts innocent and sweet to those who do not know her and then begin to get her claws out. Duskheart has a sadistic nature and enjoys winding others up. Fortunately, she does have a limit and is never physically cruel unless someone manages to get under her skin.

Duskheart has the following traits of Skydancers:
  • ability to read energy and emotion make them excellent at questioning feuding clan members and ferret out the truth of a situation (though reading emotion is often misused with her)
  • enjoy channelling energy into displays of aerial acrobatics.

RELATIONSHIPS

One of Duskheart's victims is Archmagus whose easily flustered nature makes winding him up fun for Duskheart. She often looks out for times to annoy him. If these moments do not occur, then (depending how bored she is) she may make them happen.
She ended up being appointed his protector while he travels for his studies. She's cheap as she does not care much for treasure.
Duskheart's other companion is Wanderer. Though she does not care overall for the dragon, she does have some respect for the young dragon for her skills in scouting.
