Occupation
Blacksmith, Armorer, Metal Smith, Potterer, Glassworker, occasional kitchen hand, basically anything which involves fire.

Prefers to be called Fab, Fabrizzie, or Brizzie. She jokes her products are FABulous. It's a overused joke by this point that she takes no end of delight in playfully annoying people with. Her passion is metals which is why she and Hecate get along so well, but she also likes glass work as well as pottery and often dabbles in those when the mood takes her or she has free time. Because her mate and his best friend are the clan's head culinarians, she often helps them out in the kitchens if they need a spare flame and/or Asahi is busy helping her with an important task which doesn't actively require her to be there.

History
Fab came from parents who were valiant warriors! However, she proved to be different early on; very different! Even as a young hatchling she displayed a uncanny mastery over her fire and a deep understand for art and beauty; not to mention a amazing level of multitasking abilities! She trained under masters, and being a nocturne, picked things up very quickly! Fortunately, she was fiery and strong willed enough not to let the nocturne's mimicry nature consume her so she could still be a creative individual. (though of course she does slip sometimes and finds herself mimicking others.)

Despite her training and genius level talent, she was finding it hard to make it in the stuffy, overcrowded, elitist fire artisan market... And the guild... Oh the guild... She could feel her creativity being suffocated right out of her when she was there and every little thing she did was being judged... Still... Fire was her birthplace and her home... Surely she could make it work, right? Alas, it was simply not to be... Not long after the sudden influx of elemental energies Fab found herself in a rut... Everything was brown, and red, and orange, and yellow, and hot, and all she heard day in and day out was the same old pounding and general sounds a volcano made... It was so... Dull... Things really came to a head, however, when it was proven the guilds were cheating their workers out of pay and all hell broke loose...

It was then Fab decided it was time for a change... She loved her parents but they were busy fighting the good fight for the rebellion, but she'd never been much of a warrior... Sure she wasn't defenseless, but she wasn't anything like her parents. No, her heart lay in artistic endeavors. Something she felt wasn't gonna be appreciated with the rebellion and all... And so, with a heavy but resolved heart, she put herself up for auction at the auction house so that she might find a good clan. She could have simply left, but she wanted to give her birth clan some amount of compensation for rearing her and all, all those years... Plus, she had a better chance of actually getting into a clan.

It took a while for her clanship to be bought and so she stayed at the auction house barracks and wondered just what clan would by her from what flight. She hoped to the dragon gods it wouldn't be ice, water, or plague... Earth and lightning would have been meh as well due to how dull the landscape was... Shadow and Light, eh... Light might appreciate her talents but she didn't like the idea of working in the dark all the time... Arcane might be nice, though she feared it might be stuffy like the artisan's guild... Finally, she settled on Nature. Nature had a lot going for it, really. It's full of color, full of a myriad of different sounds, smells, sights. A real feast for one's creativity! Plus, having a ready source of fuel was always a nice idea... But what were the chances she'd get into a Nature clan? Her, a fire dragon! Fire dragons weren't usually viewed favorably in nature clans... For obvious reasons...

It was with this thought in mind that she found herself floored as her name was called and she was presented to her buyer... A nature dragon... A surprisingly gorgeous one at that... Kaliosa was her name and she apparently was the clan's Matriarch. On the way home, in a warmth she wasn't expecting from such a regal dragon, Kaliosa explained they needed a trained artisan, a FIRE artisan specifically. Someone who could make tools, weapons, armor, help out with jewelry making, possibly help with pottery, glass work, etc. As Kaliosa listed off the needed jobs, Fab's eyes began to glitter with delight! All the things she was needed for were things she loved to do!

When they arrived, she was surprised by the beauty, complexity, and advanced state of the clan! She was also delighted by how many other artisans there were... Specially one of two new culinarians Kaliosa had hired hours before herself. She was also surprised to find another fire dragon in the clan... Though he was surprisingly wet behind the ears when it came to using his fire magic... It was explained he was sold and bought as a hatchling scarcely a few days after birth... They had hired tutors, but they hoped having another fire dragon in the clan might help him blossom a bit more. And so it was, despite him being her senior, both in age and time in the clan, Asahi became her apprentice!

Now, Fab fits right in and has really blossomed herself! They groan at her overused Fab jokes but don't stop her from telling them like those in the fire clan did. They relish in her creativity, especially Hecate, and they really allow her to be who she was always meant to be! Plus, just as she thought, her rut was broken by the myriad of inspiration she had all around her! Faab is definitely one happy dragon now!
