코하구토(Kohakuto)



재료

한천가루 8g
물 200ml
설탕 320g
식용색소
  1. 계량한 물에 한천가루를 넣고 중불로 4~5분정도 가열한다.
  2. 끓을때 설탕을 넣고 8~10분 더 가열한다.
  3. 용액을 유리 그릇에 붓고 원하는 색소로 색을 낸다.
  4. 1~2시간정도 냉장고에서 차게 식힌다.
  5. 식은 코하쿠토를 원하는 크기로 잘라 굳힌다.

  1. Put the agar powder in the measured water and heat it over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. When it boils, add sugar and heat it for another 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the solution into a glass bowl and color it with the desired pigment.
  4. Cool it down in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
  5. Firmly chop the cohakuto into desired sizes.
