Eila first trained as an apprentice of Oren, learning remedies and techniques for healing, but she was far too wild to settle into that life alongside the grizzled healer. Instead, she took her skills to the battlefield - serving as a battle mage and field medic for Na Trodaithe. But their need for her was not great enough to consume her time, so she took to wandering restlessly.

The formation of the Fiann was neither planned nor official, but instead came about quite naturally. Rhamnus, the head of patrols, began encountering Eila frequently and they swapped news, observations, and warnings. They became friends by association, and one night when their paths converged they camped together and found it hard to part. They began to work together more deliberately, planning meetings and patrols, checking in with each other more frequently, and setting up seasonal camps. Cairgein, the tracker, and Rorid and Drosera, the scouts, joined them as well and soon they seemed to have formed their own little subclan.

Branimir was unsurprised by the arrangement and read to them the tales of the Fianna from his manuscripts - he said it was only natural that such a group would form. They decided to take the name for themselves and Radix happily formalized the group.

Eila is cisgender and a lesbian, and though she does not yet have a mate she dearly wishes for one. She dreams of a delicate floral girlfriend with a laugh like bells and a scent like spring.
