Biography

Workshop Worker

RK800.

A metal automaton, created for the sole purpose of finding other creatures such as himself--dragons that were, once, inanimate objects themselves, and came to life. Why? His creator believed that such dragons are monstrosities, abominations, an insult to true life. He blindly believed his creator, as he was nothing but a machine programmed to follow his creator's orders, designed to accomplish a task

However, during his hunts, he always felt strange. "Creature" after supposed "creature," he saw that each and every one was actually, truly... "alive," and simply wanted to continue to remain as such. They simply wished to live in peace. It made him feel very conflicted, and strange--were they truly just the demon-possessed abominations that his creator told him they were? Or were they truly alive? Even within himself, he felt a similar conflict--felt that he, too, may be "alive."

One day, he didn't follow his creator's orders, refusing to do so. Refusing to hunt others of his kind.

His creator nearly killed him on the spot, abandoning him in the forest, fully expecting the creatures of the night to finish off his failed mechanic slave. However, the mangled, broken pieces--the green eyes still attempting to flicker with life--were found by Vakariné, who led him to the benevolent dryad, Kraneia. Seeing a creature desperately struggling to find itself, Kraneia bound together the broken mechanical parts with nature's gifts--organic life and a machine, brought together.

Now, he is learning to be alive himself--his mechanical parts serve as remnants of his past and who he was, but the wildlife that he is bound together by reminds him of his newfound freedom in the clan. He is curious, and wants nothing more than to discover what it means to be..."alive."

He likes animals. He really likes dogs.
