Biography
~***~ GALAXINE ~***~
"Look at all of the dragons beneath me. I fly overhead, and now they look like stars--a vast, shifting constellation for me to study."
~~~~~
It had started over one buying the other a drink. We were all in clan tavern, enjoying the cool evening air with some food and drink. It was peaceful, until a wildclaw started shouting at a nocturne. Soon, the taverns air filled with magic as the two started to cast at each other. Most of the other patrons at the bar had fled, leaving only myself, the two mages fighting, and a surly looking imperial barkeep. I pull my notepad out of my robes, making myself smaller to hide and observe the two combatants better. After a tense, spell laden minute, the imperial barkeep had enough.
"Alright. Xander, Ichirou was jus trying to be polite, not say you couldn't afford your own drink. Ichirou, Xander wasn't implying that you were trying to bribe hm. Now, you will both clean this place up. Or will I need to fetch Dragonia to teach you a lesson in kindness?" The two mages paled, both muttering apologies. Money swapped hands, and the imperial ushered the two out of his nearly ruined building. Water soaked the floors from the nocturne, while bright spots still flashed in my eyes whenever I blinked. I snaked out from my booth, an empty cup and small pile of gold left on the table as I exited. Joining this clan would do wonders for my research. A clan full of mages, a clan full of so many elemental magic secrets would bring a fortune in the arcane black market.
