Biography

Lola
Early Childhood
It was a humid summer’s night when a mirror came to the clan’s doorstep. Bugs circled a lantern that hung over the tent flap. The leader, Iris, came out upon hearing them arrive. She looked at the terracotta dragon inquisitively.
“I have the children.” he gave a backwards nod. “All three of them.”
Behind him sat three female hatchling not a day old along with a huge albino ridgeback. He watched them carefully, not as a parent would, but as a guard. There were two guardians and one tundra. All of them looked vastly different than the next. One appeared like she just walked out of a bubble gum factory explosion, the other like an exotic bird. Iris’ eyes settled on the guardian with the nice pair of ruby red wings. She lost herself for a bit, watching the young dragon draw with her claws in the dirt. Iris shook her head and looked at the mirror.
“Wonderful. How much was it? 4000 treasure for each that makes…”
“12,000 treasure.” the mirror finished.
“Yes. Just a moment.”
She flew back into the tent to fetch the money from the vault.
The mirror sat at the front of the tent patiently. He looked back at the girls with a cocked eyebrow.
Iris returned.
“Here it is. 12,000 treasure.”
She handed him the fabric pouch.
“Pleasure doing business with you.”
The albino grunted. The girls, taking this as their cue, walked up to Iris and sat at her feet. The four of them watching the two dragons spread their wings and ascend into the sky.
A bit about her
Lola is an exotic bird she is. Also has the brain of a rock.
Love Life
Lola was in a tavern, seated at a table near the entrance. She said nothing as Radiante kept jabbering about all of the battle’s he’d been in and how many beast he killed occasionally dropping in some comments about how pretty she was.
“So we were up against these centaurs right? It was me and Banana, but mostly me, that clawed them to death. There was this big brutish one that didn’t like me much. Kept charging and slashing me. So, i waited until he got really close and in one awesome move i tripped him and attacked his belly, pulling out his innards. While i was attacking him, this cute female centaur just stared at me in terror. I bet the guy meant something to her. Gosh I should have captured her before she ran away. She wasn’t nearly as hot as you though. So,” he continued after he chugged down some more of his beer. “What you want to do afterwards? I’ve got this nice place by the sea where we could…” his voice was all but background noise to Lola. She looked into Radiante’s eyes and continued to smile like she was listening, but her mind was not present at all. Rarely was it ever. The tavern was a dark place, the door sunlit. The floor was grass and all the furniture was made of wood. A dragon walked into the tavern. He was a big guy, mirror by the looks of it, bathe in crimson. He winked at Lola and she looked away in disgust. He scowled and was about to confront her when he spied Radiante. Radiante gave him a single look from the corner of his eye and the mirror went to the back of the tavern, a lighter shade of crimson than he started off with. She gave Radiante a kiss to show her gratitude. He grinned and leaned over the table.
“Ready to go?” he asked, licking her neck and breast.
Lola was silent. She looked at the door. Whatever she felt when Radiante kissed her neck, that was nothing compared to the feeling she had in her chest when she saw the foreigner. He was a mirror, but not brutish and war scared like the red mirror that came in earlier, he had a lighter, more pearly demeanor. He glistened in the dying sunlight. And looked around. Their eyes locked for the briefest of moments. That was when she knew that he felt the same way.
“Lola?” asked Radiante, looking up at her.
Her eyes were fixed on the mirror. Like a deer in headlights.
Radiante followed her gaze. Never before did Lola act this way around other men. He spied the foreigner and growled quietly.
Meanwhile, the pearly mirror was struggling to ask the bartender for a drink.
“What will it be for you today?” asked the female guardian.
Hello!” he smiled. “I’m parched. I’ll have a beer and some bread. You see I’m a traveler……
The foreigner leaned one elbow on the counter as he talked. He faded out as he saw the look on her face.
“I’m sorry but I can’t understand you sir. Could you point out what you want?” She handed him a menu.
He frowned, frustrated at his communication skills. He pointed at the beer and the bread.
“Great!” she exclaimed. “Coming right…” her face paled as she looked beyond the mirror.
The air within Radiante’s gigantic shadow turned at least ten degrees colder, the entirety of it enveloping the foreigner like a shroud. In a swift move, Radiante knocked the mirror to the floor and pinned him there.
All the while, Lola stared in horror at the scene. Foreigner struggled but couldn’t escape Radiante’s hold. Lola, using the only power she could, went to the back of the room.
“If you ever look at my girl like that again, I’ll melt your face off. You know what? It’s been a slow evening. I think I’ll just do it now.” Radiante threatened.
Foreigner looked up at him in fear.
In the back of the room, Lola found the big, red mirror drinking with a few of his buddies.
She went up to him and said, “Follow me.” The mirror blushed and followed while his buddies jeered and whistled.
They stopped in a corner free of dragons. She whispered in his ear, “I’ll pleasure you tomorrow night if you go attack that imperial pinning that mirror down over there.” she pointed at Radiante and the foreigner.
The crimson mirror looked over at Radiante and hesitated. Lola went a step further to seal the deal. She reached down and massaged his crotch while moaning.
“Woah woah!” he backed away. “You want me to get stiff right here?” She looked into his eyes, her’s halfway closed. A smile on her lips. He looked at her, like a dog does to a piece of meat, looking one more time at Radiante, and said “I’ll do it.”
The crimson mirror went up to the Imperial, tapped him on the shoulder and, when Radiante’s head swung round, punched him as hard as he could. A punch like this could shatter a normal dragon’s skull, but Radiante was no normal dragon. Radiante let go of the foreigner, who took this opportunity and flew out of the tavern as fast as he could, Lola close behind.
Radiante bit the side of the crimson dragon’s neck, who in turn, howled in pain.
“Tavern fight!” someone yelled from the back. That was the moment when the entire bar descended into chaos.
Outside the bar, Lola followed the foregener into the woods.
“Wait up!” she yelled.
He looked over his shoulder and flew down to the base of a massive tree. The forest floor was not plain, it was matted with giant tree roots, rocks and grasses teaming with wildlife. Lola flew down to him. The sun set as she caught her prey.
Lola pushed him up against the tree and kissed him as the crickets chirped. The foreigner's eyes widened, and he pushed her to the ground, not sure what to do. She laid on her back and looked up at him. The look they shared across the bar was reborn. The mirror went onto all fours and hung over Lola. She smiled at him, a genuine smile, something she thought she would never be able to do. He kissed her back. They rolled in the grass that night, far away from the world’s judgement.
