Biography
She flew on heavy wings at dusk, fleeing the cycle of horror that had once been her home, her father, the ringleader of a circus of despair. Her mother wasn't an active participant, but she did nothing to stop him either. Her siblings had already been sold- her sister, exalted. Peddler kept Tudalen, thinking that she looked just like him, and maybe acted the same as well. She flew, until her wings grew too tired to continue any further. Now slowly walking across the ground, her eyes caught a soft glow; gentle blues and purples peeking through the trees. As she got closer, she sighed with relief; a clan. A Shadow clan, to be exact. Under cover of brush and bramble, she snuck in closer, curling up in an unused tree stump and hoping to explain herself in the morning. She hoped they would let her stay..
The co-leaders of the clan had found her the very next morning, shivering in the cold wood, barely clinging to sleep. Waking her gently, they listened carefully to the tale of fear she spun with her words, recounting her father's heart-wrenching business; to mass produce children and sell them to clans looking for cheap hatchlings to exalt. As the realization that such a group could exist settled into their minds, Godwarth's eyes grew heavy with fury, taking the young Fae into her arms and promising that she had a permanent home here, one that wouldn't abandon or sell her off. She was safe at last. And looking around at the friendly faces wandering the clan grounds, she teared up, knowing that she had also gained a family. A proper one.
