 Shizi was the first dragon of the clan, back before Leilana and Reznin even had the idea. He was their son in name only but they adored him and he them. He grew and came to protect them and served as his father's second-in command where he watched over his ever growing family. Without warning the gentle giant was struck with a sickness soon after and fell into an unbroken slumber. The clan's mages and seers could do nothing to wake him or the other three of their leaders' firstborn. They were laid in a cave, helpless, and separated from the outside world for their protection. Every new scientist or doctor traveling their tunnels would be implored to take a look and attempt at healing, but none could ever do so. Until Vandrende's first albino crow appeared. She managed to awake the sleeping imperial. Although not without... side effects. The once towering and broad shouldered dragon is now a mere 3 meters (though still quite broad and barrel chested). However, it is very clear he is no child, with full grown horns and wings and impressive strength. Aside from his newfound eyes, Shizi has suffered no ill effects from his sickness and retains his gentle and kind spirit, though perhaps maybe a bit more rowdy. He lives with the divided emperor and the other hatchlings as one of their guardians, as his clan's new atmosphere and the Spire's environment weren't for him and he longed for the warmth of the land that had been his home for so long. While blind from his eye type, they grant him the ability to 'see' thoughts and dreams of others, allowing him to detect an intruder or threat to the children. He is somewhat confused about them though, the eyes not the kids (though the immortality is a tad strange) or the... emperor... that's fine..., as well as ancients, a recent occurrence he is still learning about. |

mark on his left shoulder, right beneath his mane
but it has been surrounded by more blooms.
These I only recognize as a more generic symbol of my kind.
.... I have yet to figure out what meaning they convey here.
As far as I'm aware I can still activate it like a normal marked but
the strength of my... influence is to be determined. - Makai
