______ Technically a deserter, Jurou abandoned the ranks of his army few months after his first mission. He didn't enroll willingly: it was a mere result of his original clan's belligerent new government. Their desire to expand at the expanse of the near lairs and beastclans prompted them to ask more and more dragons to join them.

______ Jorou's family was all too eager to earn honors for their children and thus encouraged him to leave his home. Though initially not assertive enough to rebel, he regretted his silence: War was just not his world. He considered himself a free soul, not meant to be trapped by a bloody occupation like that.

______ He managed to escape and hide in another flight's territory, but he couldn't find peace: the dread of being spotted and accused followed him everywhere. It grew inside of him like a parasite, and the only cure was his endless journey. His only hope is to find a companion willing to leave with him.

B I O G R A P H Y

______ His wanderings brought him in the Shifting Expanse, where he keeps seeking the peace that will never be his. No matter how much he desires the company and affection of a clan, he feels like he belongs nowhere. He found a temporary residence with the local WildClaws, but he is uncomfortable with their lifestyle. He often advocates for the other dragons, trying to convince their leader to be more forgiving.

______ Jurou can seem melancholic, but there is something left of his romantic nature. He can be philosophical in his view of the world, and often uses poetic metaphors: he wanted to become a writer before his forced enlistment, and it shows. He enjoys talking and entertaining himself with others, but refuses to open about his past.

______ While traveling toward his new clan, Jurou heard the desperate cries of a newborn dragon. He soon found a small hatchling he named Speranza. She was sitting alone in an abandoned and hastily made nest, calling a mother that would never come. He carried her to safety wrapped in his scarf and has considered her a daughter ever since.

______ Familiar: Gaudium, a fox that follows him everywhere. Juruo is very affectioned to her, and she often cheers him up.

Mate:He doesn't have one, but, albeit not very optimistic, he's hoping to change that. He's romantically interested in both males and females.
