Aztec was a rogue for most of his youth, he had a father whose name was Wearlen and a mother whose name was Isenfyre. Aztec loved his mother very much, but she left him at a young age to go and reconnect with her clan. When Aztec was old enough to understand this, he too left, with the hopes to reconnect with his mother.
Aztec left the Scarred Wastelands with no set destination, he spent his nights with groups of wanderers like himself or with an individual with no permanent alliance to a clan. He met many odd characters of dragons, some showing him kindness other being deceitful and testing Aztecs strength.

Aztec found himself in Starwood Strand of the Starfall Isles, this is where Aztec met an old Fae. This old Fae was wise and kind to him, she broke bread with him and gave him some wisdom, to this day he wears the old Faes wisdom as both a scar and a shield. She told him that he was “a lost soul in the body of a warrior, who was in search of a home”. Aztec being the young naïve Imperial he was, was confused and intrigued by the faes words, he sat wide eyed in awe and asked her to explain. The fae rambled about how she could see kindness in his eyes as well as a harsh stubborn side to him.
This time he found no other wanderers to break bread with but instead found himself engulfed by the utter silence of his solitude for the first time in his life.
