-> they are currently trying to do as much research on Bawkrya as they can, and why he was specifically chosen, especially since they have found that the private council was against this decision. Lalitha specifically is in charge of this task, and Yagmur helps her. Though, Yagmur's condition is that they must not harm Bawkrya-- because it's pretty obvious that he was unknowingly dragged into the mess he's in the middle of.

So, journalists are packed together, officials are packed together, all that, though it can be specifically requested for someone to be roomed somewhere else. Most individuals dont mind sharing rooms given the state of the caves, but again, it can be requested to have an independent space.
