TOXIE

An old guardian who, together with her partner, Oriphiel, lives in the middle of the deep woods in the Purring Winds' gardens. Though younger than her partner, Toxie could still be considered quite old, even if she isn't quite ancient. Despite being a shadow dragon, Toxie loves gardening more than anything (except, perhaps, Oriphiel), and she and her partner work together to keep the flora and fauna in the gardens varied and balanced. Though the deep woods are more of her and Oriphiel's ballpark, the two of them sometimes work together with Emelin and Moistesis to cultivate the biodiversity of the entire green plateau that is the Purring Winds' gardens.

Toxie is the calmer of the two, between herself and Oriphiel, despite being younger. She's less likely to act impulsively and erratically, though let it not be said that she's not adventurous; you don't have a partner like Oriphiel and not expect a little bit of adventure every now and then, even if the both of you are mostly retired. Toxie isn't really a fighter, but she does know some spells and magics. Most of these, however, are designed to help plants grow.

Toxie's eyes glow brightly liked flashlights, rendering it hard for her to see in bright areas. It was for Toxie's sake that she and Oriphiel moved into the deeper part of the forest; the muted light between the trees is easier to stomach than the bright daylight in the flowerfields, no matter how much she loves them. In the dark, however, Toxie is not only able to see better, but her glowing eyes also help others see.
