Personality
  • casts love spells and brews love potions?? uses his snake as his eyes. deals with a loooot of nasty magic, real sketch. the lad's just tryna make a living.
  • He doesn't actually believe in love, despite his name and occupation.
  • Jaded and perpetually tired. He’s really a miserable soul, with his only certainty in life being making a profit.
History
Eros was born to Saskia, of an errant escapade on one of the Speaker’s many endeavors with dragons outside her usual flings. He never knew his father, and when he asked his mother of him, she would merely shrug.

As he grew up in the Pit, he learned that very few dragons stayed together because of love alone. He thirsted for it- for something he never got growing up and never saw. It threw him into turmoil, desperately seeking ways to feel it. He began to experiment, but no matter how many potions he tested on others, or how many spells he cast- the feelings were all fake. None of them really, truly loved him.

Eros realized his mistakes. Love? Love didn’t exist. He could not make others feel what wasn’t there. And yet he continued his hobby, selling his services to those less wizened than he.

About
Eros is a matchmaker of sorts- but all his methods are fake. He sells potions of love and casts spells to make others more alluring- all finite things. Things that may work for awhile, but always fail. The foolish and desperate always buy from him though. Money, at least, is certain in life.

Trivia
  • Eden loves to gossip with him. Or, rather, she blathers on about drama in the lair and he lets the words go in one ear and out the other.
  • Amadeus hates him but Eros doesn’t even know the cherubim exists. His attempts to get in Eros’ way are so subtle that any inconvenience caused by him is assumed to be mere bad luck.
