Before Zachriel met Aurelio, she was rebellious going against all who stood in her way to show her worth and power as the angel who can warp memories and create memories. Her soul (the pearl) stopped glowing it's holy golden light a reflection of her loss of faith. She was hellbent on showing she was better than all the angels. She had lost her place in heaven for these actions and cast down to the Earth below.

She had met Aurelio on Earth, sort of her Guardian Angel after what he did for her. She had been stubborn at first sure she could do just fine. But her powers did not work any longer, her soul fell cold and dull not even looking gold any longer but a dull brass color.

Over time his way of life and kindness towards her reminded her of home and what she had lost, as the two got closer to one another (emotionally) her soul at first started to glow a dull faint light. As their bond grew so did her light until it was it's old pure golden light once more and they were bonded now life mates, her powers returned and any trouble dragon she could now help out.
