It was early evening when Hackett arrived in the Starfall Isles, the ancestral home of the Aethers and their smaller, modern relatives, the Fae. Finding refuge with a small local clan, Hackett spent his days showing off his skills, much to the dragons' delight. In the low hours of the evening, Hackett would take off with the clan matriarch, a small fae herself. The two would compete to see which dragon could catch the most exotic insect. He normally won. Back at the clan's camp, Hatchett went to work entertaining the clan's youngest, becoming especially close with a small underside named Ripple. She always marveled at the shiny treats he could find, and even more at how delicious they were. After a month or so, Hatchett found himself falling into the routine and he knew it was time to move on. In the low hours of the evening he left camp, and as the sunrays peaked above the horizon they found he did not come back.
